OUR VISION
Our approach to employment law is focused on listening to our clients. We understand that employment law involves people and that people are all different.
As a result, our advice may differ depending on the circumstances of those – employers and employees – involved.

We believe that, as advisers, we need to get to know our clients in order to provide cost-effective and holistic, rather than just legal, advice.
We feel that the best way to do this is through personal service. That is why, as our client, you will be able to rely on personal service, with direct links to Sara Mayhew, throughout your legal journey.

Mayhew Employment Law Services seeks to offer clear, concise and jargon-free legal advice.

Your journey with Mayhew Employment Law Services will begin with a free initial chat.
Likely legal costs will be outlined and, where applicable, advice will be given on potential funding sources, such as legal expenses cover, via trade union membership or “no win, no fee” and/or “no win, low fee” agreements.

If you are happy, you will be sent an engagement letter, setting out the scope of the advice/instructions, an outline of costs on a stage-by-stage basis and any relevant alternative funding options and/or any costs limits.
You will receive direct contact with Sara Mayhew throughout your journey and will be given regular cost updates, where applicable.
