If something goes wrong you may in the first place contact the SRA regulated legal entity through which we operate our services. Their contact details are set out in the terms of engagement/terms of business provided to you by the SRA regulated legal entity.

If they are unable to resolve your complaint, you (and/or your legal representative) have the right to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving the final written response to your complaint. Contact details for the Legal Ombudsman are set out in the terms of engagement/terms of business provided by the SRA regulated legal entity.

Objective Zed Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner under registration reference ZA508510, as a controller of personal data under the relevant data protection legislation and regulations. Any personal data you provide to us during your use of our website will be processed in accordance with the current UK data protection laws.
